Snow Patrol – Run
Their 2001 album, When It’s All Over , was not a favorite of mine. It was very redundant; the same old thing over again. But the second single off their Final Straw album is something special. “Run” features some amazingly lush and terribly emotional vocal work. The lyrics are some of the most beautiful out there. The hook is as epic as it comes, which lends to an incredibly full and enriched sound. This is Snow Patrol at it’s best.
