People In Planes – Beyond The Horizon

peopleinplanes 150x150 People In Planes Beyond The Horizon

Track one was good, for me it had all the right elements, a great beat, dense, rich sound and good vocals, the track gradually built up and finished on a high. Track two was different, the quality of sound in here was excellent, the track dips midway and then picks up again with echoed vocals, which gives the track a deliciously mournful sound. Track three was dull by comparison, much less sound, elongated words which sound stretched to cover the abyss, though further in it picks up it is not of the same calibre as the preceding tracks. Track four opens with the piano, but the vocals are skeletal without the rich backdrop of sounds to flesh them out, though again this track builds into a good song and the sounds towards the end are simply awesome. Track ten opens well, and it draws you in, the range of sounds is stunning and this is yet another track which grows and grows. I’ll be playing this album again, I’m impressed, played loudly you really feel it, buy this album it’s great, guys you have a new fan.
