Franz Ferdinand – No You Girls
“No You Girls” is the latest single lifted off the bands third album “Tonight.” It was an obvious choice for a single but it just feels to much like past glories than something fresh. It just feels like your standard issue indie disco dance track. Yet, even when the band are not on their finest moment it is an above average track. “No You Girls” is a track that the band can write in their sleep. It is a big time floor slammer that will be remixed up and down all summer most likely. I would like to see “What She Came For” released as the next single. I think the track will be a welcomed change from this.
