newagain 150x150 Taking Back Sunday New AgainTaking Back Sunday are back with their fourth studio release, “New Again.” TBS frontman Adam Lazzara has said that the album name comes from the band’s constant reinvention and changing members, including new guitarist Matthew Fazzi. The title fits the album’s sound perfectly, as it is more focused than Taking Back Sunday’s previous albums and showcases their growth as a band. The band’s gradual progression on each album throughout the past seven years is clear and “New Again” is a continuation of that evolution. This album is heavier and less (for lack of a better word) whiny than the first three albums. However, Taking Back Sunday fans will surely not be disappointed, as the lyrics are more personal than ever and each song still maintains the band’s signature catchy melodies. The album’s first single “Sink Into Me” is sure to have you singing along after the first listen. Don’t be surprised to find “New Again” blasting in your car all summer long.
