The Heavy – Sixteen
The Heavy are a band that have never got the attention that they deserve. Their debut album “Great Vengeance and Furious Fire” was released back in 2007 and features “That Kind Of Man” – a track that would be fitting on most movie, TV and video game soundtracks. “Sixteen” is the band’s new single and it is another delicious brand of indie rock/funk that just never gets explored. The band’s vocalist has that perfect blend of smokey rustic blues tones. The Heavy are a band that deserve much more love from us than they get.
