Stonking bass-lines, the loose, grizzly and slightly paranoid vocal push of Simon Neil shakes you to the spot with the first few notes of tetchily delving single, ‘That Golden Rule’. A slightly symphonic, rustling percussion led outro builds up briskly in profile allowing for an adventurous end, whilst ‘the song still remains grounded on an old fashioned rock footing. Biffy Clyro continue to be a breath of fresh air in the domain of British rock.
The new Biffy material is outstanding, im sure its gonna be a good year for them! I haven't been on there official website for a long time but its changed and looks amazing! Ordered a copy of the new album off the site this morning. Can't wait to see them at Brixton!
