Singer and multi-instrumentalist Alicia Jo Rabins forms the core of Girls in Trouble, the band that also comprises Aaron Hartman, Tim Monaghan and Jascha Hoffman – her friends and, conveniently enough, fellow musicians. Their sound is said to be along the lines of the Leonard Cohen and Joanna Newsom tradition. Their self-titled debut is in stores in November.
I just love the tom drums to this and then the mixture of the guitar and all the other instruments. The song starts with the deep rhythm then builds up to a brighter sound – great song got it on my iTunes
