Review: Friendly Fires – Kiss Of Life
Friendly Fires are one of those bands that I never gave a fair shake back when their album came out though I like the singles “Paris” and “Skeleton Boy.” Earlier this summer, I caught a few videos from the band’s Glastonbury set and it really blew me away. They are definitely an act to check out live. New one-off single “Kiss Of Life” is simply a lot of fun.
The drums combined with that instantly catchy hook make this song a perfect way to wrap up the summer. Friendly Fires are reissuing their debut album with this song added in so if you haven’t already picked it up this is the perfect time.
