The BPA – Seattle Featuring Emmy The Great

ecb165s 200 150x150 The BPA – Seattle Featuring Emmy The GreatThe BPA stands for The Brighton Port Authority but it is really an alias for Fatboy Slim aka Norman Cook. The BPA release a single earlier this year called “Toe Jam” that had David Byrne and Dizzee Rascal. They also had a track on the Heroes soundtrack with Iggy Pop on the vocals. Norman has grabbed another vocalist for his latest single and this time it is a bit of a change of pace with Emmy The Great. The track is rather simple as there is not much going on here. The song starts off very quite with just Emmy and a very simple little drum beat behind her before the soring vocal kicks in and when it appears that Norman is singing backup with Emmy. It is a welcomed change of pace from the previous two singles and it shows that Norman can pull off more than just your big beats.
