Foals – Cassius
Recently, I have received Foals debut album “Antidotes” and I am not really sure what I think of the album. “Cassius” was one of the songs that really got my attention. The singer makes a lot of references to Cassius which, could mean a number of things. He could be referring to some woman or rather some sort of terrible person. The lyrics are not particular singable or catchy at all. But, the music creates this frantic dancing machine that someone should be jumping around like an idiot to this song. The last minute also has a shade of Battle to it with all that sounding building and swirling in the air. I just want to know who “Cassius” is and why they are second best.
