Moby – Shot In The Back Of The Head
The first song from Moby’s upcoming new album Wait For Me was a bit of a surprising track. Last year’s Last Night returned to Moby’s disco and DJ roots with a lot of upbeat dance tracks and loaded with guests. “Shot In The Back Of The Head” is a fast three minutes of whacked out ambient music. The track is a very hypnotic and enticing affair from Moby. I like the change of direction in the sound and will be curious to see if this is the approach for the new record or just a one track thing.
